EchoNous: A Year of Building What Clinicians Need
As we close out 2025, EchoNous continues to accelerate our mission to expand access to intelligent ultrasound—launching new Kosmos products, delivering meaningful software enhancements, and engaging clinicians around the world. From product innovation, to global health initiatives, and over 80 conferences and society meetings, this year marked a notable step forward in scaling POCUS impact everywhere care is delivered.
Expanding the Kosmos Platform
We introduced two powerful additions to the Kosmos product ecosystem: Kosmos Link and Kosmos Bladder. Together, these releases reinforced our commitment to building adaptable, clinician-driven ultrasound solutions.

Kosmos Link
Kosmos Link expanded system flexibility with multi-probe connectivity, charge-while-scanning capability, and sustained performance for advanced imaging.
Kosmos Bladder
Kosmos Bladder brought AI-powered, best-in-class accuracy to bladder scanning, delivering an affordable, easy-to-use solution that can stand alone or scale into a comprehensive POCUS platform.
Advancing Software Capabilities

We continued strengthening the Kosmos software platform, with new features driven by real-world clinical needs. The addition of DICOM TLS supports secure, encrypted image transmission, enabling mobile imaging teams to confidently share patient data.
We also released PLAX M-Mode cardiac measurements, expanding calculation capabilities to support regional workflows across Europe, APAC, and beyond. These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to listen to clinician needs and deliver practical, relevant ultrasound innovation.
Expanding POCUS Access Globally
“We can expand the usage of ultrasound technology to cater to a broader range of medical cases, making it accessible to more people”

EchoNous continued expanding access to ultrasound through global health initiatives around the world. The Kosmos ultrasound system delivers the imaging power of traditional cart-based systems in a rugged, portable design, bringing high-quality diagnostics to remote and resource-limited settings.

These conversations continue to shape our innovation and fuel our momentum into 2026.

Educational Articles on EchoNous.com
We published nearly two dozen articles covering the expanding utility of point-of-care ultrasound. By exploring diverse applications—ranging from a deep-dive series on ultrasound-guided vascular access to advanced resuscitation techniques like the CASA protocol—we aim to expose the many ways clinicians can leverage technology, including Kosmos, to enhance patient care.
