Privacy Policy- EchoNous Properties

EchoNous, Inc. and its subsidiaries (“EchoNous”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) are committed to protecting your privacy. Our privacy policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect and process, use, and disclose, and what rights you have to the information we collect. The Policy applies to the information we obtain through EchoNous’s properties, including websites, products, social media, third-party sources, and offline interactions, including sales, services, marketing, etc. (“Properties”). By providing your personal information to EchoNous, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Policy, and you are giving consent to the terms of the Policy.

Through EchoNous’s Properties, we collect and process any and all information necessary to operate our business, including but not limited to:

Privacy Policy for California Residents

This Privacy Policy for California Residents supplements the information contained in EchoNous’s Website Privacy Policy above and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and the California Privacy Act of 2020 (CPRA) and any terms defined in the CCPA and/or CPRA have the same meaning when used in this Policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer, household, or device (“personal information“). Personal information does not include:

  • Publicly available information from government records.

We obtained and shared the categories of personal information listed above directly from you from forms you complete or products and services you purchase as well as indirectly from you by observing your actions on our website. The CCPA and CPRA provide consumers (California residents) with specific rights regarding their personal information. You have the following rights under the CCPA:

  • You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months (the “right to know”).  Specifically, you have the right to request disclosure of:
    • The categories of personal information we have collected about you;
    • The categories of sources from which your personal information was collected;
    • The identity of the specific business or commercial purpose for collecting or sharing personal information (EchoNous does not sell your personal information);
    • The categories of third parties to whom we disclose your personal information; and
    • The specific pieces of your personal information we have collected about you.
  • You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions (the “right to delete”). To exercise your rights to know or delete, please Contact Us at [email protected].  We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days and respond to a verified consumer within forty-five (45) business days.
  • You have the right to request correction of your personal information retained by us.
  • You have the right to request that we not share or disclose your personal information for a business purpose.
  • Because we do not sell personal information, there is no “right to opt in” or “right to opt out”.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA or CPRA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA and/or CPRA, we will not:

  • Deny you goods or services;
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties;
  • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services; or
  • Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
